Sexual problems

Sexual difficulties create great stress and stress creates sexual difficulties. This can become a vicious cycle which is difficult to break. It can cause upset, hurt and misunderstanding. Partners blame themselves, both parties can feel inadequate, all of which puts pressure and strain on a relationship.

This is a personal subject that it can be difficult to talk about and work through on your own, which is why therapy can help. As a specialist in this field, I am able to discuss any of these issues with ease, in a non-judgemental way and make it comfortable for you to talk about your difficulty without feeling embarrassment.

A list of common difficulties is detailed below, however it is not possible to list everything, so if you require help with something that isn’t listed here then please contact me as I may still be able to help.

All enquires and sessions are treated in the strictest confidence. It may also be possible to conduct this therapy by phone. Payment in advance is required for all telephone sessions.

Please note that any symptom that may have a medical origin will require a letter from your GP or medical practitioner to confirm that you may have therapy. Hypnotherapy is a complementary therapy and therefore can be used in conjunction with other treatments.

It is often a lot easier to sort out these problems that you would imagine.
